Useful Bin is a product-recommendation publisher operated by Media World Vision, a California corporation. These terms cover our published content and our social media accounts.
What we publish
We post short videos about consumer products, with links to retailers where those products can be bought. We are a publisher, not a seller. We hold no inventory, process no orders and ship nothing.
Affiliate disclosure
Our links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on every post and in each profile bio, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines. A commission does not change what we recommend or what we say about a product.
Accuracy
We take care to describe products accurately, but prices, availability, specifications and shipping times are set by the retailer and change without notice. Always check the retailer's own listing before buying. We do not guarantee that any product is in stock, correctly priced, or suitable for your purpose.
No professional advice
Our content is general information and opinion about consumer goods. It is not professional, medical, safety, financial or legal advice. We do not make claims about any product's effect on health.
Purchases and disputes
Your purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Returns, refunds, warranties, delivery problems and product defects are matters for that retailer. We are not a party to the transaction and cannot resolve disputes arising from it.
Third-party links and platforms
Our posts link to retailers and are hosted on platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site or service.
Intellectual property
Our videos, captions, logo and brand name belong to Media World Vision. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. If you believe content of yours has been used without permission, contact us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not use our accounts or content to post unlawful, abusive or deceptive material, to impersonate us, or to scrape or republish our videos at scale without permission.
Liability
Our content is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Media World Vision is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on our content or from any purchase made through our links.
